Working principle of Cone Crusher in Stock
Crushing process is completed between the fixed cone and eccentric rotating moving cone.Horizontal axis of crusher is driven by motor through the Vbelt,and drives eccentric cover by gear.Eccentric cover makes main shaft rotate to cause eccentricity.Materials enter crushing chamber through upper inlet of crusher,and are discharged out through lower outlet.The series of cone crusher in stock has much less trouble,and operating ratio is increased more than 85%,so the whole cost is reduced greatly.

3).Working pressure system can be adjusted hydraulically,pressure adjusting system can discharge super hard materials to protect the machine.
4).Spare parts can be changed easily.Fixed cone and cone body combine stably after precise design,and filler is not necessary to be filled again,so time to change spare parts can be saved.
5).Hydraulic pressure of the whole machine is so low that it gives lower pressure to the main frame,and hydraulic system lasts longer.
6).The machine is designed with small size,so installation and transportation are very convenient.
Cone crusher in stock is suitable for crushing ore and rock which is above 300MPa hardness. It has advantages of reliable structure, high production efficiency, easy to modulate, high cost-effective. Its spring insurance system is the protecting gear for overload; this system can make foreign matter pass the crushing cavity, but not damage the machine, using dry and water two sealing type, it can segregate rock powder and lubricant, to ensure reliable operation. The crushing cavity type is decide by ore’s purpose, normal type is used for medium crushing, medium type is used for fine crushing, short type is used for fine crushing.
